A new scheme on monitoring crude fatty acid value of soybean in grass-roots grain depots
To address the problem that personnel, facilities, and equipment in grassroots grain reserves cannot meet the national standard for batch testing of soybean crude fatty acid value,a soybean crude fat extraction method was designed to replace GB/T 14488.1-2008.Through experimental data analysis,a critical line was established to determine the new extraction method, and new monitoring scheme for crude fat acid value in soybeans was formulated accordingly.Through verification, the precision of the detection results of this scheme met the precision requirements according to GB 5009.229-2006,with high reliability; In terms of batch testing, inspection time, consumables usage, facility and equipment requirements, and environmental protection,it was superior to the national standard method. This scheme had the advantages of high reliability, batch detection, high detection efficiency, simple operation, reasonable experimental process, few experimental instruments, low energy consumption, economy, and environmental protection, and was suitable for monitoring stored soybeans in grass-roots grain depots.
