Effect of food-grade inert flour on storage quality of wheat
To improve the level of scientific grain storage technology,ensure that the grain in stock is of good quality,reduce storage costs,and improve economic and social benefits,the effect of food-grade inert flour on the storage quality of wheat was investigated for the 2019 intake during a rotation period.Wheat quality was tested twice a year with low-dose phosphine fumigation as a control.After 4 years of storage,the storage quality indicators of the test warehouse and the control warehouse were normal in color and luster,the water absorption of gluten was 200%and 204%,the product compensation scores were 82 and 79,and the drug costs were 1464 and 3458 yuan,respectively.The research results showed that food-grade inert powder storage of wheat had the advantages of minimal change in storage quality and low storage cost.
