基层粮库智能化升级项目管理实践

摘要
以跟进分析某基层粮库智能化升级项目实施全过程实践工作为例,认为项目前期要重视识别需求,对粮库自身软硬件基础、项目升级功能需求、粮库未来发展需求做好分析,便于项目实施,这是项目实施的基础;项目实施过程中注意使用方与施工方的沟通协调,重视开展使用人员培训工作,让使用人员的需求能被施工人员所理解;项目验收前应有功能验收.整体验收后要结合粮库实际工作情况,尽快使用,在保质期内充分暴露出缺陷,以便于优化而提高项目效能.
Abstract
Taking the follow-up analysis of the entire implementation process of an intelligent upgrade project for a grass-roots grain depot as an example,it was believed that in the early stages of the project,attention should be paid to identifying requirements,analyzing the software and hardware foundation of the grain depot itself,the func-tional requirements for project upgrades,and the future development needs of the grain depot,in order to facilitate project implementation,which was the foundation of project implementation;during the project implementation process,attention should be paid to communication and coordination between the user and the construction party,and emphasis should be placed on the training of user personnel to ensure that their needs could be understood by the construction personnel;before the project acceptance,there should be functional acceptance.After the overall acceptance,it should be combined with the actual work situation of the grain depot and used as soon as possible to fully expose defects within the shelf life,to optimize and improve project efficiency.
