"双碳"目标下稻米产业绿色发展的创新途径

目前稻米产业流通环节存在从田间至仓厂作业粗放,加工环节干谷接收与储存设施设备简陋、脱壳与谷糙分离流程长、过度加工严重、环境粉尘多且能耗高等问题.针对存在的问题,提出了采用现代技术从田间源头把控原粮内在品质、采用热风与微波相结合的二次干燥工艺并结合杀虫杀菌、采用净谷流通或糙米流转模式、采用高效低能耗稻米加工除尘系统以及适度加工和瓶颈技术攻关等创新途径.
Innovative ways of green development of rice industry under the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality
There are some problems in the green rice industry:extensive operation from the field to the warehouse factory,simple dry grain receiving and storage facilities in the processing link,long separation process from shell and grain coarse,serious excessive processing,high environmental dust and high ener-gy consumption.In view of the existing problems,put forward innovation ways from the perspective of the modern technology from the field source to control the raw food internal quality,the combination of hot air and microwave secondary drying process combined with insecticidal sterilization,the net valley circulation or brown rice circulation mode,using low energy efficiency rice processing dust removal system,and moder-ate processing and bottleneck technology research.
