粮油快速检测课程实验教学改革研究

摘要
粮油快速检测课程实验教学,尤其是课程中的黄曲霉毒素总量快速检测实验项目,在实施过程中一直存在比较多的问题.文章以黄曲霉毒素总量快速检测为例,采用灵活的教学改革措施,课程实验教学工作从实验准备、实验过程和实验评价等多方面入手,从有利于学生的角度出发进行改革,突出了学生的学习主导地位,顺利完成该项实验,达到显著的改革效果.
Abstract
There are many problems in the experimental teaching of the course of rapid detection of grain and oil,especially in the experiment of rapid detection of total aflatoxins in the course.This article takes the rapid detection of total aflatoxins as an example,by adopting flexible teaching reform measures,the experimental teaching is re-formed in many aspects,such as experimental preparation,experimental process and experimental evaluation.From the angle of favoring students,and the leading position of students is highlighted.The experiment is successfully completed,and the reform achieves remarkable results.
