食品类专业"物理化学"实验教学方法改革

摘要
根据食品科学与工程类专业的培养要求,结合物理化学实验教学过程中存在的问题,对食品类专业物理化学实验课程进行教学改革探讨.改变了传统的实验教学方法,搭建了物理化学仿真教学实验平台,增强了学生学习的主动性,提升了学生的实验效率和质量,培养了学生的创新意识和能力,收到了良好的教学效果.
Abstract
Physical chemistry experiment course,as an important part of the whole experiment teaching course,is the bridge that connecting the theory and practice of physical chemistry and an important way for cultivating the practical ability and innovation ability of students.According to the training requirements of food science and engi-neering specialty,combined with the main problems existing in physical chemistry experiments,and to explor food specialized physical chemistry experiments teaching.the traditional experimental teaching methods was changed,the simulation platform of physical chemistry experimental teaching was established.Through these measures,the learning go-aheadism was reinforced,and the efficiency and quality of experiment were enhanced of the students.The innovative consciousness,the innovative ability were cultivated,and good teaching effectiveness was got.
