荧光光谱法测定花生油中黄曲霉毒素B1和B2及其控制技术研究

通过荧光光谱法对 6 种花生油样品中黄曲霉毒素B1 和B2 的含量进行测定.结果表明,花生油中的黄曲霉毒素B1 和B2 均符合国家标准要求.然而,具体的含量会因不同批次和不同品牌而有所不同,同时古法压榨的花生油中黄曲霉毒素B1 和B2 含量较高,而物理压榨的花生油中含量较低.为了控制花生油中黄曲霉毒素的含量,应加强田间管理、科学采收和适当的采样检测,同时对存储、运输和生产过程进行严格管理.
Determination of aflatoxin B1 and B2 in peanut oil by fluorescence spectroscopy and control technology
This study used fluorescence spectroscopy to determine the content of aflatoxin B1 and B2 in six peanut oil samples.The results showed that both aflatoxin B1 and B2 in peanut oil met national standards.However,the specific content may vary depending on different batches and brands,and the content of aflatoxin B1 and B2 in peanut oil ex-tracted by the ancient method is higher,while the content in peanut oil extracted by physical pressing is lower.In or-der to control the content of aflatoxin in peanut oil,it is necessary to strengthen field management,scientific harvest-ing,and appropriate sampling and testing,while strictly managing storage,transportation,and production processes.
