摘要
青刺果(Prinsepia utilis Royle),学名总花扁核木,可食用,也可药用,在中国的纳西族、白族、彝族、摩梭族等少数民族中已有上千年的使用历史.近 20 年来,对青刺果果实、枝叶、花等部位的提取物药理活性的研究已有较多报道.文章从抗菌、降低血糖和改善糖尿病并发症、调节血脂、免疫调节、抗炎、抗氧化等方面对青刺果的药理活性研究成果进行了总结.青刺果药理作用较为丰富,具有广阔的开发前景,但其药理活性的物质基础并不明确,还有待进一步研究.
Abstract
Prinsepia utilis Royle is an edible and medicinal plant.It has been used by ethnic minorities such as the Naxi,Bai,Yi,and Mosuo people in China for thousands of years.In the past 20 years,there have been many reports on the pharmacological activity of the extracts from the fruit,branches,leaves and flowers.This paper searched the relevant literature and summarized the results.The results showed that P.utilis Royle had the pharmacological ef-fects of antibacterial,reducing blood sugar,improving complications of diabetes,regulating blood lipids,immune regulation,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,etc.The conclusion is that the pharmacological effects are relatively rich and have broad development prospects,but the material basis of its pharmacological activity is not clear and further research is needed.
