BIM技术是建筑信息化及产业化发展的必然产物,运用于工程项目的整个生命周期,粮食仓储物流项目由于其专业性强、管线复杂及标准化程度低等特点,对于BIM技术的应用需求更加迫切.文章对BIM技术的特点及应用现状进行概述,同时对其在粮食仓储物流项目中应用所面临的挑战以及应用发展前景进行了分析,以期推动BIM技术在粮食仓储物流工程设计中的应用,进一步优化设计流程,提高设计效率,同时为后期项目实施降低成本、稳定运营提供有效保障.
BIM technology is the inevitable product of building informatization and industrialization development,which applied in the whole life cycle of engineering project through the creation of three-dimensional building information model.Because of the characteristics of strong professionalism,complex pipeline and low standardiza-tion,the application demand of BIM technology in the grain storage logistics projects was more and more urgen.In this paper,the characteristics and application status of BIM technology were summarized,and the challenges and development prospects of its application in grain storage logistics projects were analyzed,in order to promote the application of BIM technology in the design of grain storage logistics projects,optimize the design process,improve the design efficiency,and provide an effective guarantee for the whole life cycle for the later project imple-mentation to reduce costs and stable operations.
