This article focuses on the governance of corruption at the source in the field of grain purchase and sales,briefly introduces a series of viewpoints and related policy evolution on the behavior of grain brokers,systematical-ly analyzes the structure,operation mode,and role of grain brokers,and dissects the main problems in grain broker behavior.It provides eight suggestions and countermeasures for strengthening the supervision of grain purchase and sales,regulating grain broker behavior and adhering to the construction of the rule of law and institutions.
