Construction research and operation reflection on the grain postproduction service center in Shandong Province
Based on the current background of grain saving and loss reduction,from the perspective of layout construction,existing problems,etc,a thorough study and summary of the construction of Shandong Province Grain PostProduction Service Center project was conducted.At present,Shandong Province Grain Postproduction Service Center project has achieved full coverage of all major grain producing counties in this province,high facility utilization rate,and greatly reduced grain postproduction losses in the coverage area,further strengthened emergency supply and ensured food security.This project construction has achieved remarkable results.However,there are still some shortcomings in terms of service functions and risk resistance capabilities.It is proposed that the next step should be to strengthen project operations,optimize the"cleaning,drying,storage,processing and sales on behalf of the generation"business,expand service projects and business areas,and take multiple measures to improve service levels.
