安徽省沿淮三县水稻生产技术效率比较分析

基于对安徽省沿淮地区水稻种植户调查数据,运用DEA模型对水稻生产的技术效率进行测度,并对比分析沿淮不同地区和不同规模种植户水稻生产技术效率的差异.研究发现,寿县水稻生产的综合技术效率为 0.934,要高于颍上县的 0.872 和阜南县的 0.865.其中在纯技术效率方面,阜南县为 0.972,要高于寿县的 0.963 和颍上县的 0.924;在规模效率方面,寿县为 0.968,要高于颍上县的 0.942 和阜南县的 0.887.水稻生产的技术效率随规模变化总体呈现倒U型的总体态势,综合技术效率最高的为 6.67~13.33 hm2 的规模种植户,过大或过小的土地经营规模都不利于生产效率的提升.
Comparative analysis on the technical efficiency of rice production in three counties along the Huai river in Anhui Province
Based on the survey data of rice growers in the Huai River region of Anhui Province,the DEA model was used to measure the technical efficiency of rice production,and the differences in rice production technology ef-ficiency among different regions and scale growers along the Huai River were compared and analyzed.Research has found that the comprehensive technical efficiency of rice production in Shou County was 0.934,which was higher than 0.872 in Yingshang County and 0.865 in Funan County.In terms of pure technical efficiency,Funan County was 0.972,which was higher than Shou County's 0.963 and Yingshang County's 0.924;in terms of scale efficiency,Shou County was 0.968,which was higher than Yingshang County's 0.942 and Funan County's 0.887.The techni-cal efficiency of rice production showed an overall inverted U-shaped trend with the change of scale,the highest comprehensive technical efficiency was achieved by farmers on a scale of 6.67~13.33 hm2,and land management scales that were too large or too small was not conducive to improving production efficiency.
