五色糯米饭是广西壮乡的民族特色食品,研究通过SWOT分析方法深入探讨广西五色糯米饭产业发展路径,明确其内外部环境的关键要素,提出相关发展对策,以推动广西地区五色糯米饭产业的持续增长.通过实地调研和数据分析,得出以下结论:广西五色糯米饭产业具备多重优势,包括悠久的历史传承、适宜的气候条件以及与文化旅游的融合,为其可持续发展提供了有力支撑.然而,五色糯米饭产业发展也面临一些困境,如加工企业规模不大、机械化程度较低、产品较为单一、缺乏市场推广和品牌建设等.同时,广西五色糯米饭产业在政策扶持、非遗文化与文创发展以及技术创新方面有着广阔的机会.政府部门应重视广西五色糯米饭产业发展,加强培育龙头企业,积极推进非遗研学发展,同时坚持市场导向,加快推进市场推广和品牌建设,积极构建民族品牌体系.
Research on the development path of five-color glutinous rice industry in Guangxi based on SWOT analysis
Five-color glutinous rice is an ethnic characteristic food in Zhuang Autonomous Region in Guangxi.This study explored the development path of the five-color glutinous rice industry in Guangxi through SWOT analysis,clarified the key elements of its internal and external environment,and proposed relevant development strategies to promote the sustained growth of the five-color glutinous rice industry in Guangxi.Through field research and data analysis,the following conclusion have been drawn:there are multiple advantages to five-color glutinous rice industry in Guangxi,including a long history of inheritance,suitable climate conditions and integration with cultural tourism,which would provide strong support for its sustainable development.However,there are also some difficulties to the development of the five-color glutinous rice industry,such as a small scale of processing enterprises,low degree of mechanization,relatively single products,lack of market promotion and brand building,etc.At the same time,the five-color glutinous rice industry in Guangxi has broad opportunities in policy support,intangible cultural heritage and cultural and creative development,as well as technological innovation.The government should attach importance to the development of Guangxi's five-color glutinous rice industry,strengthen the cultivation of leading enterprises,actively promote the development of intangible cultural heritage research,also should adhere to market orientation,accelerate market promotion and brand building,and build a national brand system actively.
