High-quality development of the grain industry is necessary to resolve the current major social contradictions and an important hand in implementing the rural vitalization strategy.Using information visualization software CiteSpace to systematically analyze the research hotspots and trends of high-quality development of China's grain industry.The results found that:the research on the high-quality development of China's grain industry has gradually emerged since 2017,but the cooperation between research authors and institutions was not close enough;the research hotspots mainly focused on food security,grain industry,grain,grain production,rural vitalization,double-cycle,and grain prices,which were closely related to the concepts and policies of rural vitalization,double-cycle,and green development;and food security and grain industry have attracted significant attention.In the future,sustained attention should be given to exploring the high-quality development of food in terms of systematic theory,scientific and technological innovation to lead the high-quality development of the food industry,the promotion of regional specialties according to local conditions,and the practical research on the high-quality development of the food industry.
