Food analysis experiment is one of the key experiment courses in Food Science and Engineering,Food Quality and Safety and Food Nutrition and Health majors,which is characterized by wide range of knowledge,high difficulty and strong practicality.Aiming at the current experimental teaching of food analysis,there are traditional experimental teaching mode,obsolete teaching content and a single evaluation method for experimental courses etc.,this paper proposed a new experimental teaching model,optimized experimental teaching content and bulit a diversified assessment method to stimulate the students'interest and initiative in learning,so that the students were transformed from passive learning to active learning,to enhance students'innovative thinking and practical ability,and to cultivate high-quality and application-oriented talents adapted to the development of the future.
