"两段三式双基地"食品工程背景的专业学位培养模式构建研究

专业硕士的培养在培养模式、培养方向和培养方案上不能够达到提升专业硕士在应用实践能力上的培育,尤其在双一流建设背景下,全日制专业硕士的培养需要改革."两段三式双基地"二位一体培养模式是以南京财经大学食品科学与工程学院为例提出的专业学位硕士人才培养模式,将专业硕士培养过程分为两段即校内阶段和企业(或科研院所)阶段,建设"专业基础实践教学式、专业实训多元式、实践创新项目式"的三式教学体系,提出"校内夯实基础实践基地"和"校外拔高实践基地"双基地培养模式,与合作单位构建稳定的人才培育与科研协作关系,校内校外导师共同参与课题制定与全程培养,构建了"二位一体"的团队型师资队伍.旨在培养食品工程背景的工程能力优秀、满足社会需求的多元化高层次复合型专业硕士人才.
Research on the construction of professional master degree cultivating in the food engineering
In terms of cultivating mode,cultivating direction and cultivating program,the cultivating of professional master did not match the goal in application and practice ability.Especially in the background of double first-class construction,the cultivating of full-time professional master needs to be reformed.The"two-stages three-types dual-bases"two-one-two was a professional master degree cultivating mode proposed by College of Food Science and Engineering of Nanjing University of Finance and Economics.The two-stages meant the cultivating mode was divided into two stages,namely the on-campus stage and the enterprise(or research institute)stage.The three-types teaching system was included"professional basic practical teaching style","professional practical training multi-style"and"practical innovation project style".The"consolidating basic practice base in school",and"elevating practice base outside school"were built as dual-bases mode.This built a stable relationship of talent cultivation and scientific research cooperation with cooperating organization.To build"two-in-one"team of teachers,both on-campus supervisor and industry mentor participated in the project development and full training for graduate students.This aims to cultivate diversified high-level interdisciplinary professional master talents with excellent engineering ability and meeting the needs of society with food engineering background.
