近年来,考研热度逐年攀升.对于有志于从事食品科学与工程研究的考研学生来说,了解和学习食品高新技术非常重要,其不仅可以提升考研学生的专业能力和研究水平,还能为他们在未来的学术研究、科技创新和产业发展方面奠定坚实的基础.基于该背景,文章以"食品高新技术"专业课程为例,结合安徽工程大学个性化人才培养方案,提出基于考研升学视角的"食品高新技术"混合教学改革途径,旨在促进学生的个性化发展,推动安徽工程大学个性化人才培养体系建设,全面提升安徽工程大学本科人才培养质量.
Advance in food engineering and technology blended learning approach based on the perspective of postgraduate entrance examination
In recent years,the popularity of postgraduate entrance examinations has increased year by year.For postgraduates who are interested in food science and engineering research,it is very important to understand and learn"Advance in Food Engineering and Technology",which can not only improve the professional ability and research level of students,but also lay a solid foundation for their future academic research,scientific and technological innovation and industrial development.Based on this background,this paper took"Advance in Food Engineering and Technology"course as an example,combined with the personalized talent training program of Anhui Polytechnic University,and put forward the reform approach of"Advance in Food Engineering and Technology"course blended learning based on the perspective of postgraduate entrance examination,aiming at promoting the personalized development of students,promoting the construction of personalized talent training system of Anhui Polytechnic University,and comprehensively improving the quality of undergraduate talent training in Anhui Polytechnic University.
