摘要
粮食安全是最重要的民生问题,粮食储藏是粮食安全的重要环节,粮堆的物理性质在粮食安全储藏中发挥着重要的作用.其影响着粮食的清理、干燥、通风、气调、熏蒸、粮仓设计,以及粮堆内各种生物的生命活动等.文章综述了粮堆的物理特性及其影响因素,着重分析了粮堆几个主要的物理性质在粮食安全储藏中的利和弊,旨在为保障中国粮食安全储藏提供参考和依据.
Abstract
Food security is the most important livelihood issue,grain storage is an important part of food security,the physical properties of grain piles play an important role in food security storage.It affects the cleaning,drying,ventilation,controlled atmosphere,fumigation,granary design and the life activities of various organisms in the grain pile.In this paper,the physical characteristics and influencing factors of grain piles were reviewed,The advantages and disadvantages of several main physical properties of grain piles in food security storage were analyzed in focus,it aimed to provide reference and basis for ensuring China's food security storage.
