通过与国家标准规定的检测方法进行比对,验证稻谷智能分样检验一体化系统的全程分析时间、准确性、重复性、稳定性等相关性能参数.结果表明:与国标方法(约 2 h)相比,该仪器全程分析时间为 20 min,大大提高检测效率,且检测性能稳定,准确性、重复性、稳定性均符合行业标准要求,操作简单,检测速度快,并且解决了人工检测带来的感官误差、重复性差、不同检验人员间判定结果一致性较差等问题,可实现稻谷质量指标的自动快速无损检测,能够满足粮食收储企业、加工企业和检测机构的检测需要.
Method validation of rapid detection of rice quality indicators using an integrated system for intelligent sampling and inspection of rice
By comparing with the detection methods specified in national standards,the performance parameters of the integrated system for rice intelligent sampling and inspection have been verified,including full process analy-sis time,accuracy,repeatability,stability,etc.The results showed that compared with the national standard method(about 2 h),the instrument had a full analysis time of 20 min,greatly improving detection efficiency.The detection performance was stable,and the accuracy,repeatability,and stability all met the industry standard requirements.The operation was simple,the detection speed was fast,and it solved the problems of sensory errors,poor repeatability,and poor consistency of judgment results among different inspectors caused by manual testing,it could achieve automatic and rapid non-destructive testing of rice quality indicators,which could meet the testing needs of grain storage enterprises,processing enterprises,and testing institutions.
