Determination of fatty acid value of rice by transmission near infrared spectroscopy
The storage quality of paddy is related to the national economy and people's livelihood.To detect the paddy fatty acid value rapidly and vastly,this study proposed a detection method based on transmission near infrared spectroscopy to detect the paddy fatty acid value.The paddy samples were pretreated for decladding in accordance with the requirements of national standard,and the spectrum of brown rice after husking was collected by near infrared,and the prediction model was established by combining with the titration value of national standard.The first derivative,SG smoothing(smoothing point was 9,number was 3)and SNV were used to preprocess the spectral data to improve the accuracy and stability of the prediction model.The R,RMSECV and RMSEP of the best model were 0.93,1.94 and 1.79,respectively.Through the multi-day continuous verification of the gradient concentration verification set samples,the relative deviation between the established model predicted value and the national standard value was determined to be 0.85%.The results showed that the near infrared spectral transmission could accurately and stably detect the paddy fatty acid value.
