谷物干燥过程控制策略研究进展

粮食生产的耕、种、收环节已基本实现机械化,但粮食收获后烘干处理环节薄弱.谷物烘干是一个复杂的传热传质过程,为了充分保证谷物烘干后的品质,需要对谷物干燥作业参数进行调控,即对干燥过程进行优化控制以获得良好的烘干质量与烘干效率.在国内外已有文献的基础上,对谷物干燥设备尤其是对热风对流式谷物烘干机分类进行了简要描述,从传统控制策略与智能控制策略两个方面对谷物干燥过程控制策略研究现状进行了总结分析,并对相关亟须解决的问题和未来发展的方向进行了展望,以期为谷物烘干过程控制优化提供参考.
Research progress on control strategies for grain drying process
The cultivation,planting,and harvesting of grain production have been basically mechanized,but the post-harvest drying and processing of grain is weak.Grain drying is a complex heat and mass transfer process,in order to fully ensure the quality of grain drying,grain drying operation parameters need to be regulated,i.e.,the drying process was optimally controlled to obtain high drying quality and drying efficiency.On the basis of exist-ing literature at home and abroad,this paper first gave a brief description of grain drying equipment,especially the classification of hot air convection grain dryers,and summarized and analyzed the current research status of grain drying process control strategy from two aspects,namely,traditional control strategy and intelligent control strategy,and the related urgent problems and future development directions were outlooked to provide reference for the optimization of grain drying process control.
