Food freshness is one of the important factors affecting food quality and food safety.Traditional food packaging can not accurately monitor food corruption in real time,which is easy to cause serious food safety problems.Intelligent indicator packaging has the function of not destroying the outer packaging of the food,but only judging the freshness of the food by the naked eye through the change of the color of the internal indicator,which can achieve the purpose of actively providing food quality information.This paper focused on the classification of intelligent indicator packaging and its application in food quality monitoring of fruits and vegetables,dairy products,meat and aquatic products,in order to provide reference for the development of new intelligent indicator packaging technology.
