中国农垦物流现状问题及发展方向研究

摘要
农垦拥有大基地、大产业和大企业的独特优势,具备完整的现代农业产业体系,加快发展物流体系,对进一步推进农垦改革发展具有战略意义,也是有效保障国家粮食安全、落实国家"一带一路"倡议、建设现代农业的重要举措.对农垦发展物流体系开展优势分析,发现农垦国有农场粮食产量巨大,垦区产业一体化经营为物流体系发展提供了协同共生的基础条件,农垦拥有充足的土地资源,为物流体系发展提供了充足的空间,因此农垦发展物流体系优势明显.建议从强化农垦物流基础设施、构建全国性物流平台、创新物流组织方式和运营模式、积极实施物流走出去等方面多措并举,提升农垦物流发展水平.
Abstract
Land reclamation has the unique advantages of large bases,large industries and large enterprises,and has a complete modern agricultural industrial system.Accelerating the development of logistics system is of strategic significance to further promote the reform and development of land reclamation,and is also an import-ant measure to effectively ensure national food security,implement the Belt and Road Initiative,and build modern agriculture.An analysis of the advantages of developing the logistics system in agricultural reclamation revealed that state-owned farms have a huge grain production,and the integrated operation of industries in reclamation areas provides a foundation for the coordinated and symbiotic development of the logistics system.Agricultural reclamation has sufficient land resources,providing ample space for the development of the logistics system.Therefore,the advantages of developing the logistics system in agricultural reclamation are obvious.It is suggested to take multiple measures,such as strengthening the logistics infrastructure of agricultural reclamation,building a national logistics platform,innovating logistics organization and operation models,and actively implementing logistics going global,to enhance the development level of agricultural reclamation logistics.
