摘要
农业现代化是中国式现代化的重要组成,贯穿农业全产业链的标准化管理体制是推动农业现代化发展的有效路径.该研究在调研标准化管理趋于成熟的"品字标浙江农产"企业基础上,分析归纳农业生产流通领域标准化管理体制理论模型,总结该体制具备的三大支撑要素,即组织结构、保障制度、数字技术,并为农业生产流通领域标准化管理体制建设提出政策建议.
Abstract
Agricultural modernization is an important part in China's path to modernization,and the standardized management system that runs through the whole agricultural industry chain is an effective way to promote agricul-tural modernization.This paper analyzed and summarized the effective agricultural standardization management system based on the investigation of Zhejiang agricultural enterprises with mature standardization management,and summarized the three supporting elements of the management system,namely,organizational structure,security sys-tem,digital technology.And put forward suggestions to improve the agricultural standardized management system.
