常德香米产业发展现状及加快发展对策建议

摘要
常德香米省级地理标志产品保护示范区涵盖常德市 9 个区县(市)、5 个管理区的 86 个乡镇,可种植规模 20 万hm2.目前,授权生产企业严格执行常德香米团体标准,着力推进标准化生产,切实维护了常德香米的质量信誉和品牌声誉.为把常德香米打造成为乡村振兴支柱产业,要进一步统一思想认识,发挥产业优势;要实行激励机制,加快发展步伐;要保持地标特色,推进绿色化生产;要加强品牌宣介,全面开拓市场.
Abstract
The Changde fragrant rice provincial geographical indication protection demonstration zone covers 86 townships in 9 districts and 5 management areas of Changde City,with a planting scale of 200 000 hectares.At present,authorized production enterprises strictly implement the Changde fragrant rice group standards,focus on promoting standardized production,and effectively maintain the quality and brand reputation of Changde fragrant rice.To build Changde fragrant rice into a pillar industry for rural revitalization,it is necessary to further unify ideological understanding and leverage industrial advantages;To implement incentive mechanisms and accelerate the pace of development;To maintain landmark characteristics and promote green production;To strengthen brand promotion and comprehensively explore the market.
