摘要
产学研协同育人是实现新工科人才培养的重要模式,也是推进高等教育跨越式发展的必由之路.针对高校和企业在粮食专业产学研协同育人过程中暴露的缺陷和不足,构建新产学研协同育人创新模式,搭建校企嵌入式和主体订单式"两式"多元化育人方式,拓展课程打通、师资互通和平台融通"三通"全方位育人路径,创新岗位需求与培养目标、行业标准与课程标准、工作任务与教学内容、工作过程与教学过程、职业资格与技能鉴定"五融合"立体式育人机制.
Abstract
Industry-university-research collaborative education plays a vital role in developing new engineering talents,and it is the only way to promote higher education's rapid development.However,there are some flaws and shortcomings in the current process of industry-university-research collaborative education in grain specialty.Therefore,it is necessary to construct an innovative new model industry-university-research collaborative edu-cation.This model will include a school-enterprise embedded and main order-based"two-style"diversified edu-cation mode,an all-round education path of"three links"of curriculum opening,teacher exchange,and platform integration,and an innovative"five integrations"of job requirements and training goals,industry standards and curriculum standards,work tasks and teaching content,work process and teaching process,and vocational quali-fication and skill appraisal.
