Experimental design and empirical analysis of Raman spectroscopy characterization and statistical identification of rice
In response to the practical needs of cultivating contemporary high-level talents in the field of quality management engineering,and in combination with school's development strategy of grain characteristics,carry out the design and empirical exploration of the experimental teaching project for the"quality rapid inspection experi-ment"course.Taking the identification of geographical indication rice as an example,the experiment sequentially conducted sample Raman spectroscopy data collection and characterization analysis,statistical quality control,recognition and feature analysis based on convolutional neural networks,etc.It has advantages such as fast data col-lection speed,high discrimination operation efficiency,and visual display of results.The experimental project meets the requirements of the course standards of advanced,innovative and challenging,comprehensively exercising the students'abilities in literature research and analysis,quality characteristic rapid inspection data collection and do-main knowledge analysis,quality control chart drawing and analysis,intelligent recognition algorithm construction and programming implementation,experimental report writing and group cooperation,etc.It actively responds to the training requirements of composite applied talents in quality management engineering under the background of digitalization and intelligence in the new era.
