摘要
粮食制品包装在保护产品质量、延长货架期等方面起着重要作用.随着人们对食品安全和可持续发展的关注不断增加,粮食制品包装研究逐渐成为学术界和产业界的热点.目前国内的粮食制品包装一般采用塑料编织袋、多层纸袋、瓦楞纸或牛皮纸承装、包装袋塑封、复合塑料袋、塑料编织袋等.文章主要对纸质、塑料、金属和复合材料 4 种不同类型粮食制品包装进行分析,针对其目前存在的问题总结出粮食制品包装未来发展趋势.
Abstract
Grain product packaging plays an important role in protecting product quality and extending shelf life.With the increasing attention to food safety and sustainable development,grain product packaging research has gradually become a hot spot in academia and industry.At present,the packaging of grain products in China generally uses plastic woven bags,multi-layer paper bags,corrugated paper or kraft paper bearing,plastic packaging bags,composite plastic bags,plastic textile bags,etc.The paper mainly analyzes four different types of grain product packaging including paper,plastic,metal and composite materials,and summarizes the future development trend of grain product packaging in view of its current problems.
