摘要

研究了不同气密性等级高大平房仓氮气气调储粮过程中氮气浓度的变化,比较了不同气密性等级仓房氮气日损失率变化,分析了三级气调仓粮堆氮气浓度和气囊氮气浓度的差异性.结果表明,氮气气调储粮期间氮气浓度变化呈指数下降趋势.从理论上分析,在现有标准下三级气调仓粮堆平均浓度维持目标浓度(98%)难度较大,而一级气调仓粮堆平均浓度较易达到目标浓度(98%).气调杀虫方面,建议开展氮气气调储粮的高大平房仓气密性至少到达 300 s,可更容易实现目标浓度 98%.三级气调仓气调储粮期间氮气浓度均匀性为0.980 8%~0.996 6%,在95%的置信区间气囊内氮气浓度和粮堆内氮气浓度差异不显著,氮气堆内分层现象不明显.

Abstract

Nitrogen concentration of controlled-atmosphere storage was studied in large size horizontal warehouse with different airtightness levels.Daily-loss of nitrogen was evaluated.And the concentration of nitrogen inside the grain and blistered space covered with PVC sheeting was analyzed.The results showed that,the concentration of nitrogen follow exponential decay during fumigation in stored grain.In theoretical analysis,the average concentra-tion of nitrogen for the third-level airtightness warehouse may be difficult to reach 98%of the target concentration,but the one for the first-level was easy to reach the target concentration.For killing the grain storage pest to achieve the target concentration of 98%,pressure decay test for airtightness for controlled-atmosphere was recommended at least 300 s.The uniformity of nitrogen concentration for the third-level airtightness warehouse was from 0.980 8%to 0.996 6%.For 95%confidence interval,there were no significant differences for the concentration of nitrogen between inside the grain and blistered space covered with PVC sheeting.
