摘要

本文对沈阳市 2022 年新收获玉米整体质量情况和潜在优质品种玉米品质进行分析评价,旨在为粮食承储和加工企业提供质量信息和帮助农民选择优良品种玉米.研究发现,2022 年新收获玉米总体质量情况较去年有所下降,容重为 742 g·L-1,自然水分千粒重为 371 g,不完善粒含量为 1.2%.测试的 46 个潜在优质品玉米容重和不完善粒含量均满足《玉米》(GB 1353-2018)标准规定的中等要求,45 个品种玉米可以作为淀粉发酵工业用玉米,41 个品种玉米可作为粗饲料用玉米.

Abstract

This paper analyzed and evaluated the overall quality of newly harvested corn and the quality of potential high-quality varieties in Shenyang in 2022,in order to provide quality information for grain storage and processing enterprises and help farmers select excellent varieties of corn.The study found that the overall quality of newly harvested corn in 2022 was lower than that of last year,the test weight was 742 g·L-1,the thousand kernel weight in natural moisture was 371 g,and the defective kernel content was 1.2%.The test weight and defective kernel content of all varieties of 46 potential high-quality corn tested all met the medium requirements stipulated in GB 1353-2018 standard.45 varieties of corn could be used as corn for starch fermentation industry,and 41 varieties of corn could be used as forage-maize.
