摘要

本文主要探讨了简餐的发展趋势及其在发展过程中的机遇和挑战.简餐主义方便快捷,深受消费者的喜爱.除了传统的中式和西式简餐,混合型简餐也逐渐得到了认可和普及.本文通过对消费者需求变化、餐饮市场需求变化、品牌知名度以及技术服务创新等方面的分析,对简餐的未来发展趋势进行了一些预测和总结,混合型的简餐概念将成为未来的主流.

Abstract

This paper mainly discusses the development trend of simple food and the opportunities and challenges in the development process.Simple dining is convenient and fast,and is loved by consumers.In addition to traditional Chinese and Western simple meals,the mixed simple meals has gradually been recognized and popularized.Through the analysis of the changes in consumer demand,catering market demand,brand awareness and technical service innovation,this paper makes some predictions and summaries of the future development trend of simple food,and the concept of hybrid simple food will become the mainstream in the future.
