摘要

本文综述了液相色谱-串联质谱技术在茶叶及其制品中游离氨基酸检测方面的应用,重点讨论了反相色谱和亲水作用色谱分离模式时,低分辨串联质谱和高分辨串联质谱在茶叶及代用茶中游离氨基酸检测的应用,并对其未来发展趋势进行了展望,提出亲水作用色谱分离模式结合串联质谱技术可提高茶叶及其制品中游离氨基酸分析的灵敏度、准确度、选择性和实用性.

Abstract

This paper,the application of liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry in the detection of free amino acids in tea and its products was reviewed.The application of low-resolution tandem mass spectrometry and high-resolution tandem mass spectrometry in the detection of free amino acids in tea and its substitutes in the separation modes of reversed-phase chromatography and hydrophilic interaction chromatography was discussed.The future development trend was prospected.It was proposed that the hydrophilic interaction chromatography separation mode combined with tandem mass spectrometry could improve the sensitivity,accuracy,selectivity and practicability of free amino acid analysis in tea and its products.
