摘要

酵母抽提物是优良且天然的调味料,被称之为"酵母味素",在食品调味品行业具有广泛的应用.基于此,本文概述国内酵母抽提物的应用领域,探讨国内酵母抽提物在食品调味品行业中的运用要点,分析国内酵母抽提物在食品调味品行业中的运用案例.

Abstract

Yeast extract is an excellent and natural seasoning,known as"yeast flavoring",which has a wide range of applications in the food seasoning industry.Based on this,this paper summarizes the application fields of domestic yeast extract,discusses the application points of domestic yeast extract in food seasoning industry,and analyzes the application cases of domestic yeast extract in food seasoning industry.
