摘要
生产实习是食品及生物专业实践教学中的重要环节,本文结合白酒固态酿造虚拟仿真实验在生产实习课程中的应用,介绍了白酒固态酿造虚拟仿真的平台特点,通过"理-虚-实"一体化的教学方式,弥补了实践教学的不足,对生产实习线下教学进行有效拓展与补充,形成完整的实践教学体系,提高实习教学水平,提升人才培养质量.
Abstract
Production practice is an important course in the practical teaching of food and biology.Combining the application of Baijiu solid state fermentation virtual simulation experiment in production practice courses,this paper introduces the characteristics of Baijiu solid state fermentation virtual simulation platform.Through the teaching method of"theory-virtual-reality"integration,it makes up for the lack of practical teaching,effectively expands and supplements the offline teaching of production practice,and forms a complete practical teaching system,which improves the level of internship teaching and enhances the quality of talent cultivation.
