随着社会发展及人才需求的变化,培养学生创新能力已成为高职人才培养的一项重要任务.本文结合食品检验检测技术专业实际,分析现阶段高职院校人才创新能力培养现状,结合高职扩招背景,对高职院校学生创新能力培养模式进行思考与探索,总结实践经验,旨在帮助学生更长远发展,实现为社会输送高素质创新型人才的目标.
Exploration and Practice on the Cultivation Model of Talent Innovation Ability Under the Background of Higher Vocational Education Expansion——Taking Food Major as an Example
With the development of society and the changing demand for talents,cultivating students'innovative ability has become an important task in vocational talent cultivation.This article combined the actual situation of the food inspection and testing technology major to analyze the current situation of talent innovation ability cultivation in vocational colleges.Based on the background of vocational college enrollment expansion,the cultivation mode of innovative ability for vocational college students has been considered and explored,and practical experience has been summarized,aiming to help students develop in the longer term and achieve the goal of delivering high-quality and innovative talents to society.
