文旅融合语境下河南旅游食品产业创新发展路径研究

旅游目的地的可持续发展和文旅产业高质量发展一直是热点课题.旅游食品既是目的地旅游文化的重要组成部分,又是目的地文化旅游产品的重要组成部分.河南省作为农业强省和文化资源大省,发展旅游食品产业具有得天独厚的资源条件.本文在分析河南旅游食品产业发展现状和存在问题的基础上,提出从创意开发、品牌塑造、精细营销和产业融合等多角度探究旅游食品发展路径,以期为中部地区旅游食品产业的融合发展提供理论参考.
Research on the Development Path of Henan Tourism Food Industry in the Context of Cultural and Tourism Integration
The sustainable development of tourism destinations and the high-quality development of cultural tourism industry have always been hot topics.Tourism food is not only an important part of the destination's tourism culture,but also an important part of the destination's cultural tourism products.Henan province is a strong agricultural province and also with large cultural resources.The development of the tourism food industry has unique resource conditions.On the basis of analyzing the current situation and existing problems of the tourism food industry in Henan.This article proposes to explore the development path of tourism food from multiple perspectives such as development and production,fine marketing,cultural creativity,and industrial integration,in order to provide theoretical reference for the integrated development of the tourism food industry in the central region.
