摘要

营养强化剂是食品工程的重要材料之一,具有提升食品营养价值、弥补食品营养缺陷等作用,能够有效提高食品工程经济效益与社会效益.本文对食品工程中的营养强化剂应用进行研究,旨在了解营养强化剂的应用原理,根据食品工程实际需求灵活运用营养强化剂,进一步满足食品工程的多元化需求,提升食品安全与质量水平.

Abstract

Nutrient fortifiers are one of the important materials in food engineering,which can enhance the nutritional value of food,compensate nutritional deficiencies in food,and effectively improve the economic and social benefits of food engineering.This article studies the application of nutritional fortifiers in food engineering,aiming to understand the application principles of nutritional fortifiers,flexibly apply them according to the actual needs of food engineering,further meet the diversified needs of food engineering,and improve food safety and quality levels.
