摘要
将PDCA循环应用于保健食品生产企业落实食品安全主体责任过程中,不仅有利于提高企业食品安全管理水平,还可以推动食品企业持续优化,对我国保健食品生产企业具有积极的借鉴作用.本文对保健食品生产企业落实主体责任存在的问题进行分析,并提出了PDCA循环在保健食品生产企业落实主体责任中的应用方案.
Abstract
The PDCA cycle was applicated in the process of implementing the subject responsibility for food safety.This application will not only help improve the food safety management level of enterprises but promote the continuous optimization of food enterprises.It is a positive reference role for health food production enterprises in China.This work analyzed the problems in the implementation of the subject responsibility in health food enterprises.Meanwhile,the application solution of PDCA cycle in the implementation of subject responsibility of manufacturing enterprises was proposed.
