摘要

目的:探究人参提取物食用安全性依据.方法:采用急性经口毒性试验和 90 d经口毒性试验进行安全性毒理学研究.结果:小鼠急性经口LD50>10.0 g·kg-1 bw,属实际无毒级;90 d经口毒性试验未见明显毒性.结论:长期食用人参提取物安全无毒副作用.

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the basis for the safety of Ginseng extracts for consumption.Method:Acute oral toxicity test and 90-day oral toxicity test were used to conduct the safety and toxicology study.Result:The acute oral LD50 of mice was>10.0 g·kg-1 bw,which was practically non-toxic;and no significant toxicity was observed in the 90 d oral toxicity test.Conclusion:Long-term consumption of Ginseng extract is safe without toxic side effects.
