摘要

采用气相色谱-串联质谱法测定苹果中乙螨唑残留量,并分析和量化测定过程中引入的不确定度.结果发现,当苹果中乙螨唑含量为 0.097 5 mg·kg-1 时,扩展不确定度为 0.007 2 mg·kg-1,k=2.乙螨唑测定结果的不确定度主要来源于试剂标准工作溶液配制和基质工作溶液配制,提示相关人员应选择合适的量具,减小实验室环境温差波动,提高测定结果的准确性.

Abstract

Gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was used to determine the residual content of etoxazole in apples,and the uncertainty introduced during the measurement process was analyzed and quantified.The results showed that when the content of etoxazole in apples was 0.097 5 mg·kg-1,the expanded uncertainty was 0.007 2 mg·kg-1,k=2.The uncertainty of the determination results of etoxazole mainly comes from the preparation of reagent standard working solution and matrix working solution.It is suggested that relevant personnel should choose appropriate measuring tools to reduce temperature fluctuations in the laboratory environment and improve the accuracy of the measurement results.
