呋虫胺对映体对普洱茶中黑曲霉关键酶活性的影响

摘要
新烟碱型农药呋虫胺广泛用于茶叶的病虫害防治,以增加茶叶产量,但长期大量使用化学农药会造成环境污染,危害人和动物的健康.本文以普洱茶中优势菌种黑曲霉为研究对象,研究手性农药呋虫胺不同对映体对其关键酶类酶活性的影响.结果表明,S-(+)-呋虫胺、R-(-)-呋虫胺和Rac-(±)-呋虫胺对同种酶活性表现出了不同的影响,可为后续普洱茶安全评价和手性农药残留降解提供理论依据.
Abstract
The new nicotinic pesticide furfuran is widely used for the prevention and control of diseases and pests in tea,in order to increase tea production.However,long-term and extensive use of chemical pesticides can cause environmental pollution and endanger human and animal health.This article takes the dominant strain of Aspergillus niger in Pu'er tea as the research object to study the effect of different enantiomers of chiral pesticide furfuran on its key enzyme activity.The results showed that S-(+)-furacloprid,R-(-)-furacloprid,and Rac-(±)-furacloprid showed different effects on the activity of the same enzyme,providing a theoretical basis for the subsequent safety evaluation of Pu'er tea and the degradation of chiral pesticide residues.
