Effects of Dinotefuran Enantiomer on Aspergillus niger Key Enzyme Activities in Pu'er Tea
The new nicotinic pesticide furfuran is widely used for the prevention and control of diseases and pests in tea,in order to increase tea production.However,long-term and extensive use of chemical pesticides can cause environmental pollution and endanger human and animal health. This article takes the dominant strain of Aspergillus niger in Pu'er tea as the research object to study the effect of different enantiomers of chiral pesticide furfuran on its key enzyme activity. The results showed that S-(+)-furacloprid,R-(-)-furacloprid,and Rac-(±)-furacloprid showed different effects on the activity of the same enzyme, providing a theoretical basis for the subsequent safety evaluation of Pu'er tea and the degradation of chiral pesticide residues.
