摘要

使用通过型固相萃取小柱PRiME HLB处理水产品样品,建立了一种水产品中 17 种磺胺类药物的简单、快速的筛选分析方法.水产品样品经 80%乙腈水溶液(含 0.2%甲酸)提取,过PRiME HLB固相萃取柱净化,浓缩后经C18 色谱柱梯度洗脱分离,超高效液相色谱-三重四极杆质谱系统进行定量分析.结果表明,17 种磺胺类药物在 1.0~50.0 ng·mL-1 线性关系良好,相关系数R2>0.99;该方法检出限为 2 μg·kg-1;添加浓度为 10 μg·kg-1 时方法回收率在 71.3%~118.4%,RSD值均小于 20%.

Abstract

A simple and rapid screening and analysis method for 17 sulfonamide drugs in aquatic products was established by using a PRiME HLB solid phase extraction column to treat aquatic product samples.Aquatic product samples were extracted with an 80%acetonitrile aqueous solution(containing 0.2%formic acid),purified by PRiME HLB solid-phase extraction column,concentrated and separated by C18 chromatographic column gradient elution.Quantitative analysis was performed using ultra high performance liquid chromatography triple quadrupole mass spectrometry system.The results showed that the 17 sulfonamide drugs in this method exhibit a good linear relationship within the concentration range of 1.0~50.0 ng·mL-1,with correlation coefficients(R2)greater than 0.99;the method detection limit is 2 μg·kg-1;when the concentration of 10 μg·kg-1 was added,the recovery rate of the method ranged from 71.3%to 118.4%,and the RSD values were all less than 20%.
