PRiME HLB Pretreatment Technology Combined with Ultra-High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Triple Quad Mass Spectrometry System for the Detection of 17 Sulfonamide Residues in Aquatic Products
A simple and rapid screening and analysis method for 17 sulfonamide drugs in aquatic products was established by using a PRiME HLB solid phase extraction column to treat aquatic product samples.Aquatic product samples were extracted with an 80%acetonitrile aqueous solution(containing 0.2%formic acid),purified by PRiME HLB solid-phase extraction column, concentrated and separated by C18 chromatographic column gradient elution.Quantitative analysis was performed using ultra high performance liquid chromatography triple quadrupole mass spectrometry system. The results showed that the 17 sulfonamide drugs in this method exhibit a good linear relationship within the concentration range of 1.0~50.0 ng·mL-1,with correlation coefficients(R2)greater than 0.99;the method detection limit is 2 μg·kg-1;when the concentration of 10 μg·kg-1 was added, the recovery rate of the method ranged from 71.3%to 118.4%,and the RSD values were all less than 20%.
