In today's era,the application of color and form in Chinese cuisine can not only enhance the aesthetic value and cultural connotation of dishes,but also showcase cooking skills,enrich the dining experience,increase the added value of dishes,and promote the internationalization of Chinese cuisine.Therefore,this article analyzes the application of color and form expression art in Chinese cuisine cooking for reference.
