Research on the Current Situation and Improvement Strategies of Food Safety Management in Vocational School Canteens
Currently,there are issues with inadequate understanding and implementation of laws and regulations in the food safety management of vocational college canteens,the need for improvement in hardware facilities and environment,and risks in the procurement,storage,and processing of ingredients.Therefore,this article proposes relevant optimization suggestions aimed at improving the effectiveness of food safety management in vocational college canteens.
