Phyllanthus emblica is an important dual-purpose food that plays a crucial role in the field of healthcare.Phenolic substances are the key active ingredients with pharmacological effects in Phyllanthus emblica.Therefore,this article analyzes the composition and structure of phenolic compounds in Phyllanthus emblica,as well as the research progress on their effects such as lowering three highs,antioxidation,liver protection,and immune regulation,aiming to provide a certain theoretical basis for Phyllanthus emblica research and related achievements transformation.
