The quality inspection of edible oil is an important issue related to people's livelihood.Relevant departments should use reliable methods to implement the inspection work and avoid problematic edible oil from entering the market.Based on this,this article introduces the hazards of gutter oil and the technical indicators of edible oil quality testing,analyzes the factors affecting the quality of edible oil,and elaborates on the common methods of edible oil quality testing and the application of conductivity method in edible oil quality testing,for reference.
