This experiment focuses on food omics and combines multiple basic food analysis experimental projects.With the help of virtual simulation technology and MS-DIAL,MetaboAnalyst analysis platforms,a comprehensive and research-oriented experimental project was constructed to explore the aging substances of Huangjiu.The aim is to combine traditional food analysis experiments with cutting-edge technologies to expand teaching methods and enhance students'innovative abilities.
