This article elaborates on the mechanism of aging,the antioxidant and anti-aging mechanisms of phenolic compounds,as well as the research progress of natural phenolic compounds such as resveratrol,thymol,carvacrol,and tea polyphenols in antioxidant and anti-aging,aiming to provide reference for the development and application research of anti-aging drugs.
