摘要

在高职高专教学中,存在学生学习的积极性与主动性不高、专业实践能力培养效果不佳、学生职业能力与综合素质提升不明显等问题.为了解决上述问题,本文以"食品营养与配餐"课程为例,探索课程资源库在实践教学中的应用,旨在提高实践教学质量,激发学生的学习兴趣,提升学生的专业能力,促进学生综合素质的发展.

Abstract

In the teaching of vocational colleges,there are problems such as low enthusiasm and initiative of students in learning,poor effectiveness in cultivating professional practical abilities,and insufficient improvement in students'professional and comprehensive qualities.In order to solve the above problems,this article takes the course of"Food Nutrition and Catering"as an example to explore the application of course resource libraries in practical teaching,aiming to improve the quality of practical teaching,stimulate students'interest in learning,enhance their professional abilities,and promote the development of their comprehensive qualities.
