Analysis of Wireless Temperature Measurement System for Bearings
This study applies the HEZG-NB713-A wireless temperature measurement module to develop a low-power intelligent temperature monitoring system based on NB-IOT technology,which has the characteristics of low node power consumption,strong stability,and long battery life.At present,the temperature measurement system has been used in equipment such as ship unloaders,belt conveyors,gearboxes,and rollers in the bulk grain loading and unloading process line.It can detect the temperature of bearings and motors in real time,transmit data wirelessly,dynamically display and alarm,and achieve various temperature management functions.
